Job summary
A property management company in Singapore is seeking a Property Officer/Senior Property Officer to manage maintenance in HDB buildings. This position offers a basic salary of $2800 - $3600 and has a 5-day work week.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate maintenance works in HDB buildings.
- Monitor contractors and maintenance work completion.
- Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas.
- Approve contractor payment after job completion.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks with consultants.
- Investigate breakdowns and report on causes.

5 days (Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm)
Location:Ang Mo Kio
Basic Salary:$2800 - $3600
Job Description:
Manage and coordinate maintenance works in HDB Building and Common Area.
Monitor contractors to ensure repair and maintenance work as per contract terms.
Schedule and monitor breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
Perform regular inspections of common areas
Check the completion of contractor jobs and approve payment.
Coordinate maintenance work with professional consultants
Investigate and report any breakdowns to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
