Job Responsibilities
- Review and finalize monthly accounts for Coliwoo group of accounts and consolidation.
- Prepare / Review Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management / Board.
- Prepare and review group consolidation, year-end annual report and sustainability report
- Oversee annual budgetary exercise
- Preparation of Board papers, SGX announcements, shareholders’ circular and coordination of AGM/EGM
- Oversee treasury functions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers and tax consultants.
- Oversee the training and development of the Finance team to ensure each level of staff is able to perform their tasks at an optimal level.
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as directed by management
- Familiar with SGX listing rules and corporate governance compliance
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, with minimum 6 years post qualification experience.
- A member of ISCA
- Experience in Oracle Netsuite system is a plus.
- Team player with strong communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details and able to work independently.
- Prior working experience in corporate finance work and listed company would be an advantage
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
