A well-established company is looking for a property management professional to handle tenant invoicing and record maintenance. The role involves computation of bills, report submissions, and collection of payments, ensuring efficient property management operations.
Responsibilities:
Compute the monthly PUB bills of all the tenants.
Update the monthly rentals.
Submit report to Directors on monthly rental payment.
Every mid of month prepare the rental invoices for the properties and dispatch to the tenants.
Maintaining of all records through filing soft as well as hard copies
Prepare the necessary document for the offer of renewal from HDB Tenancy agreement
Collection of the monthly cheque payment from the tenants
Need to do IRAS stamp Fees.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
