Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in a shopping mall environment preferred.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel; good communication and numerical skills.

  • Ensure lease data is accurately updated and monitor key leasing milestones.
  • Prepare and process lease-related documentation and reports.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analysis of sales and traffic performance.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and make sure proper approvals and documentations are in order.
  • Ensure lease data is accurately updated in internal systems and reports in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship.
  • Monitor key milestones such as renewal options, lease commencements, handovers and expiries.
  • Prepare and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules.
  • Prepare and process lease related documentation.
  • Prepare property tax schedule and property tax submission.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, tenants sales reports, monthly Management reports, arrears management.
  • Provide administration support to the marketing team.
  • Perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate/ Property Management or related discipline.
  • Candidate with 1-2 years relevant experience in shopping mall environment would have an advantage.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, numerical and communication skills.
  • Possess the drive for excellence and strive to succeed.
  • A team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
