Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a shopping mall environment preferred.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel; good communication and numerical skills.

- Assist in analysis of sales and traffic performance.
- Ensure lease data is accurately updated and monitor key leasing milestones.
- Prepare and process lease-related documentation and reports.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in analysis of sales and traffic performance.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and make sure proper approvals and documentations are in order.
- Ensure lease data is accurately updated in internal systems and reports in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship.
- Monitor key milestones such as renewal options, lease commencements, handovers and expiries.
- Prepare and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules.
- Prepare and process lease related documentation.
- Prepare property tax schedule and property tax submission.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, tenants sales reports, monthly Management reports, arrears management.
- Provide administration support to the marketing team.
- Perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate/ Property Management or related discipline.
- Candidate with 1-2 years relevant experience in shopping mall environment would have an advantage.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, numerical and communication skills.
