Job summary

A leading property management firm in Singapore is looking for a Property Executive to manage residential properties and provide customer service. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Real Estate Management and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks and work well with people. A passion for building management is also important.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field.
  • Able to start immediately will be advantageous.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and have a passion for Building Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Residential property sites as assigned.
  • Conduct Regulation Checks and inspections on ground.
  • Provide essential customer service support to residents and owners.

  • Manage and maintain Residential property sites as assigned
  • Conduct Regulation Checks and inspection on ground to ensure property is well maintained
  • Ensure building statutory requirement are complied with
  • Provide essential customer service support to resident and owner
  • Review and recommend replacement/ improvement plan for the site
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Possess Diploma in Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field
  • Love to work and interact with People
  • Strong leadership quality and problem solver
  • Good communication and written skill
  • Able to start immediately will be advantageous
  • Able to prioritise tasks and passion in Building Management
  • 5.5 work week (Alternate Saturday)
