Responsibilities

- Compiling digital copies of personal identification for the law firm.
- Renaming sales documents downloaded from Showsuite by unit.
- Scanning, physical and digital filing of SPAs.
- Sorting and packing of signed SPAs to be returned to the law firm.
- Sorting and filing of completed 'Onboarding AML / CDD DocuSign' documents.
