- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations and safety requirements.

- Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinating and managing the activities of project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
