Job summary

A global IT services provider in Singapore is looking for a Process Assurance Analyst to ensure compliance with System Development Methodology. The successful candidate will establish controls and conduct quality reviews throughout the project lifecycle. Key qualifications include a degree in computer science or engineering and 6-9 years of relevant IT process compliance experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, along with proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Qualifications

• At least 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance, audit, or Project Management.
• Strong working experience with MS Office and related tools.
• Prior experience in IT risk management and security is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the job Process Assurance Analyst (JR50248)

About the Job / Objective

The Process Assurance Team (PAT) is within Global Market and Enterprise Technology (GMET) organization, supporting banks Project, Development and Service Delivery teams to ensure process compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process

The team acts as a quality gatekeeper for SDM major milestones to ensure entry & exit criteria are met and is responsible to review the quality of the artefacts, such as functional & design specification, testing documents and other project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be working with Project and Technical Delivery managers to ensure high quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Establish controls and compliance checks on SDM processes
• Conduct quality gate review for SDM major milestones (analysis, design, build, test and deployment)
• Perform walkthroughs and interviews with project and application delivery managers to drive process adherence
• Report findings and provide consulting support in ensuring compliance with procedures
• Design, formulate and enforce governance & compliance process improvement.
• Aside from day-to-day duties, there will be requirements to undertake other responsibilities such as management reporting & other centrally driven project initiatives as needed

Requirements

Education

• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines
• At least 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance, audit or Project Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills a MUST
• Strong working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, MS Project and SharePoint
