You will be responsible for translating the General Committee's vision into technical reality while ensuring seamless club operations.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for the General Committee; provide regular progress reports, manage expectations regarding timelines/budgets, and present technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Budgetary Control: Forecast and manage both CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring high-quality project delivery without cost overruns.

2. Facilities & Maintenance Excellence
  • Preventive Maintenance: Implement a rigorous maintenance schedule for all club facilities, including the swimming pool and specialized recreational areas, ensuring compliance with NEA/PUB guidelines.

  • Contractor Management: Supervise appointed vendors and consultants, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Operational Continuity: Plan and execute maintenance works with a "member-first" mindset, ensuring minimal disruption to club activities.

3. Fire Safety & WSH Compliance
  • Safety Leadership: Serve as the designated Fire Safety Manager (FSM); maintain the Fire Emergency Plan (FEP) and lead the Fire Safety Committee.

  • Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate directly with the SCDF, MOM, and other relevant authorities to ensure the Club remains 100% compliant with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Candidates from the Hospitality or Private Club sectors would be advantages.

  • Technical Mastery: Proven track record of managing large-scale M&E projects and A&A works.

  • Certifications: Must be a Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM).

  • Soft Skills: * Exceptional Follow-up: A disciplined approach to project tracking and closing out "snag lists."
