URGENTLY HIRING PRODUCT MANAGEMENT MANAGER / HEAD

Product Management
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for in‑house product development and strategic collaboration.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement to uncover digital innovation opportunities and translate them into clear, actionable product features and requirements.

  • Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with organisational objectives.

  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, scalability, and user experience.

  • Lead product discovery initiatives — including user research, requirements analysis, and prototyping — to validate concepts prior to development.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and delivery to continuous improvement, product support, and operational readiness.

  • Communicate project and product progress, insights, and key decisions effectively to senior leadership.

  • Bridge technical and business domains by translating engineering discussions into business‑friendly narratives, and business needs into technical requirements.

  • Ensure that in‑house developed products meet high standards for quality, scalability, usability, and performance.

Project & Delivery Management
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives within the in‑house development portfolio.

  • Implement and standardise agile delivery practices, ensuring consistency in sprint planning, demos, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Monitor delivery performance against milestones, budgets, and key KPIs.

  • Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies to maintain execution momentum.

  • Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure timely and high‑quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and delivery teams, ensuring clarity, prioritisation alignment, and expectation management.

  • Maintain strong communication channels to ensure organisational alignment on product priorities and delivery commitments.

People Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop a team with a focus on ownership, collaboration, psychological safety, and engineering/product excellence.

  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and career guidance to strengthen product thinking and leadership capabilities.

  • Conduct structured performance reviews, delivering actionable feedback that supports growth and outcomes.

  • Champion a learning‑first culture through internal knowledge sharing, retrospectives, and capability building initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience spanning project/product management, software delivery, or digital transformation.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a managerial or team‑lead capacity.

  • Strong proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder engagement, backlog prioritisation, and roadmap planning.

  • Demonstrated experience coaching teams on product strategy, leadership, and resource planning.

  • Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder influence, excellent communication skills, and a self‑driven approach to decision‑making and execution.
