A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development and Bid Management. The role involves governance of bidding processes, risk assessments, and strategic advisory support. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years' experience in project delivery within Integrated Facilities Management and a strong understanding of bidding processes for government projects. This position requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Only Singaporeans will be considered due to security clearance requirements.

As a Senior Manager, Business Development and Bid Management, you will be reporting to Senior Executive Director, SMM. Your primary role is to facilitate the governance process through conducting reviews; risk assessments; financial practices; independent feedback to support approvers; decision making and meaningful analysis of pursuit trends/win/loss to facilitate business strategies.
