A leading healthcare institute in Singapore is seeking a professional to support the Chief Medical Informatics Officer in managing Electronic Medical Records and clinical IT systems. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to implement user requirements and champion digital strategy initiatives under the Chief Data and Digital Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You will support the Chief Medical Informatics Officer ('CMIO') in the development, implementation and project management of the Electronic Medical Records ('EMR') and other clinical IT systems.
You will work with the various stakeholders such as clinical staff, IT partners and vendors on the user requirements, implementation and training needs of staff of the clinical IT systems.
In addition, you will support the Chief Data and Digital Officer ('CDDO') to manage the development of the Institute’s digital strategy plan. You will champion digitalization under the guidance of CDDO in the formulation of digital technologies and practices to advance business transformation for the institution.
You will also provide secretariat support for projects and meetings involving CMIO and CDDO.
