Job summary

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budget and oversee headcount processes within the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to meet strict monthly timelines and achieve investment deliverables, proactively addressing potential escalations.
  • Develop and refine financial and operational reports to support project decision-making.
  • Present financial insights to the Tech Lead, highlighting project performance, risk assessment, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in monthly forecast updates and generate purchase orders to support platform operations.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree or diploma, preferably in Business / Commerce
  • Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable and/or Contract management or PMO
  • Previous experience in financial governance roles for of work will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of PMO analyst, finance processes, risk and project management standards
  • Knowledge of financial& business analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Coupa will be an added advantage
  • Team player with good communication skills
