Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee site setup, manage costs, and supervise project teams. This role is critical for ensuring project quality and compliance with deadlines. The position offers a 5.5 work days per week schedule.

Responsibilities
- Plan and organize the overall site setup and resources.
- Prepare and monitor project costs to stay within the approved budget.
- Supervise the project team and subcontractors to meet contract deadlines.

- Approve short-term work schedules.
- Coordinate with the Architect and Consultants.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and reports.

- Solve all site-related issues.
- Plan and monitor project costs to stay within the approved budget.
- Prepare the project’s financial S-curve and cash flow plan.
- Control usage of materials, equipment, and utilities.
- Manage labour costs, including manpower allocation and overtime.
- Understand drawings, specifications, and contract scope of work.
