Job description

Handle design development, contract administration, authority submissions, pre‑consultations, site meetings and project meetings, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of the project requirements & schedule
• Monitor the progress of the project to ensure that the targeted completion dates are met
• Ensure that the submissions are in compliance with all the requirements of authorities
• Able to understand BIM concepts and apply it on project
• Work closely with the project team in the co‑ordination, organisation & preparation of documentation

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Architecture or its equivalent
• Minimum 2‑3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in drafting software such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp
• Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes
• Registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore preferred
• Positive working attitude with good time management
