Overview

Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

• Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
• Position: Project Manager (ICT Systems)
• Location: Novena
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $9,000 + Bonus + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT systems that drive business transformation and operational excellence.
• Develop strong business cases for ICT solutions that support corporate strategy and agency IT masterplans.
• Define comprehensive system roadmaps and execute procurement strategies that maximize organizational value.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle: from ideation to implementation, ensuring deliverables meet business needs within agreed scope, cost, timeline, and quality.
• Create detailed project plans, identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct effective user engagement sessions to ensure solutions are tailored to end-user requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a similar capacity, with proven expertise in agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong project portfolio demonstrating hands-on delivery success; experience in consulting, software development, or design is advantageous.
• Technical proficiency across various development environments, especially in medium to large-scale software projects.
• Experience with co-sourcing delivery models and familiarity with the Singapore Government Technology Stack (SGTS) will be beneficial.
