Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is seeking an individual for administrative support and sales operations management. This role includes managing customer orders, vendor sourcing, and ISO documentation. Candidates should have a Nitec or Diploma in a related field and prior experience with AutoCAD is a plus. The company offers a monthly salary range of $2600 to $3200 plus variable bonuses, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career progression. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

  • Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma or related field.
  • Prior experience in AutoCAD of Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative tasks and manage sales operations.
  • Attend to calls, process customer orders, and liaise for delivery.
  • Assist in documentation preparation and filing.
  • Handle quotation, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
  • Help with report preparation for tender submissions.
  • Conduct vendor sourcing and procurement tasks.
  • Monitor stock and shipment of orders.
  • Manage ISO documentation and filing.
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support, provide administrative support and manage daily sales operation and sales team

  • Attend to calls and enquiries, process customer order, planning, scheduling and liaise with customer for order delivery

  • Support project department in documentation preparation, filing, recording and updating

  • Handle quotation and knowledgeable in purchase order, delivery order, sales order and invoicing

  • Assists in preparation and submission of relevant report and documents for tender

  • Vendor sourcing and procurement

  • Stock monitoring and recording

  • Monitor shipment of order

  • ISO preparation & filing

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
