Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with daily operations and coordinate various project tasks. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading architectural drawings and possess a vehicle. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, conducting site checks, and preparing reports. This position offers a salary between $4000 and $4200, along with additional allowances for transport and handphone.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Operations with daily operational tasks.
  • Coordinate project matters with Operations Admin and Sales teams.
  • Arrange manpower and logistics for equipment delivery and installation.
  • Conduct regular site checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports and documentation.

Job description
  • Project Coordinator
  • Working days & hour: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8am-5pm), Sat (8am-12pm)
  • Location: Gul Drive (west area) | Client Site
  • Salary: $4000 - $4200 + Handphone allowance $50 + transport allowance s $200
Job Scopes
  • Assist the Head of Operations with daily operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with Operations Admin and Sales teams on project matters, including site surveys, basic design preparation, and required documents for submission.
  • Arrange manpower and logistics for delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance, inspection, shifting, troubleshooting, dismantling, and return of construction equipment.
  • Work closely with customers to monitor site and workshop progress.
  • Conduct regular site checks to ensure work meets project requirements and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare and submit service reports, work-done forms, and inspection checklists
  • Work with AEs and PEs on designs, inspections, testing, and submission of drawings and related documents
  • Conduct user training, safety briefings, and support safety-related activities
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and prepare reports.
  • Manage the team’s training, productivity, and welfare as assigned.
  • Ensure all equipment and accessories on-site are accounted for and prevent loss or damage.
  • Handle asset and inventory checks and prepare monthly reports.
  • Use the ERP system for daily tasks and support system improvements.
  • Ensure procedures and work quality follow company policies and relevant standards.
  • Maintain records needed for audits.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Operations.
Requirements
  • Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as possess own vehicle.
  • Knowledge in electrical/electronic/mechanical concepts and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
