Commissioning and Operations Readiness Manager
Job summary
A leading oil and gas company is seeking a Commissioning and Operations Readiness Manager in Singapore. This role requires significant experience in LNG and oil/gas projects, including project management and commissioning execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years in the field and will manage operations readiness. The role offers a competitive salary of around $10,000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry.
- 5 years of similar management experience in major LNG & oil/gas projects.
- Familiarity with commissioning and mechanical completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry, particularly in the South East Asia.
- Must have minimum 5 years of similar management position in major LNG & oil/gas projects (experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role in major LNG & Oil/Gas projects with familiarization of projects turnover/start-up/commissioning/mechanical completion.
- Experience in developing and implementing detailed commissioning execution plans and schedules using modular fabrication and stick-built construction techniques
- Functional knowledge of pre-commissioning, turnover, commissioning, operations and maintenance philosophy
- Experience in preparation and execution of Operations Readiness working with the client Operations Readiness team and Operations team.
- Experience in project risk reviews and follow-up for mitigation planning and execution
- Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
- For foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.
Location: Ubi/ Jurong Port
Salary:$10,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
