Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including system administration and network management.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Provide IT support and training to employees on technical systems.
• Plan and manage system upgrades, backups, and recovery procedures.

Requirements:
