We are seeking a responsible, collaborative and enthusiastic HR and Office Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day assistance to ensure efficient, organised and compliant operation support. The role will report to the Managing Director and involves a combination of HR-related tasks and general office administrative duties which should be delivered in a timely and responsive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, monitor applications and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Assist to maintain and update employee databases and records
- Assist to respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist to manage any application on the Ministry of Manpower portal
Office Administration
- Help coordinate staff meetings, trainings, logistic arrangement, and company events
- Manage office equipment, supplies and inventory including place orders as needed
- Monitor any incoming emails from our corporate address
- Manage incoming mails including mailbox
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in HR support, office administration, or a similar role preferred
- Responsible with time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and responsive
