Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage recruitment orders, financial records, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the intermediary industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a CEI qualification certificate. This role offers a basic monthly salary ranging from SGD 2500 to SGD 5000, with additional commissions and bonuses, along with a five-day work week and weekends off.

Job description

1. Recruitment order management, including placing recruitment orders with partner agents, arranging sales staff interviews, and controlling the recruitment process.

2. Company cost control, including daily preparation of various financial statements and records, and summarizing and recording various applications and worker entry information.

3. Financial support, assisting the company's accounting firm with bookkeeping, tax filing, CPF (Consumer Policy Fund), and tax matters.

4. Supporting smooth communication and efficient operation of the company team, following the boss's instructions and executing work tasks. Handling MOM (Ministry of Manpower) worker applications, issue requests, bank card applications, ICA (Independent Commission Against Corruption) visa applications, and other related applications. Also handling other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the boss.

5. Human resources and administrative office management, such as processing onboarding and offboarding procedures and purchasing office supplies.

6. Assisting the boss in managing company personnel and administrative work, accounting records, and document management.

7. Assisting the boss in applying for foreign worker work visas from the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

8. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Singapore CEI qualification certificate and those familiar with the intermediary industry with relevant work experience.

9. Proficient in using various office software.

10. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

11. Singapore citizens or permanent residents will be given preference.

12. Responsible for recruitment and talent development in the national market, as well as other tasks assigned by superiors.

13. Five-day work week, 9 am to 6 pm, weekends off, holidays according to MOM regulations. No overtime pay, but must be willing to work overtime on Saturdays and Sundays. Basic monthly salary is SGD 2500-5000. Commissions, bonuses, and year-end bonuses are also included.
