Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a creative discipline (writing, art direction, video editing, etc.).

- Brainstorm and prototype interactive demos and proof‑of‑concepts using the latest AI models and APIs (Shorts Effects, Gemini, Nano, Veo). Turn new capabilities into clear, visually compelling creative experiences.
- Bring new tech to life through interactive, platform‑first experiences across social, short‑form, and digital platforms.
- Ensure all demos are technically impressive, visually engaging, and user‑friendly, reflecting a strong sense of design and user experience.
- Give actionable feedback to engineering and research teams on new AI models from both creative and developer perspectives.
- Research and experiment with the latest AI, creative coding toolkits, and interactive technologies to push the boundaries of storytelling.
- Own your ideas from concept to delivery in a fast‑paced, R&D‑focused environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a creative discipline (writing, art direction, video editing, motion graphics, interactive design, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with prototyping and coding, with a solid technical foundation in front‑end (JavaScript, HTML) and back‑end (Python, Node.js).
- Portfolio demonstrating tech‑driven creative work that is original, standout, and visually engaging.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Excited by experimenting with AI and emerging technologies to create work that sticks.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for any audience.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and collaborating in cross‑functional, start‑up‑like teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
