Job summary

A leading hospitality organization in Singapore is seeking a Membership and Guest Services professional to perform daily operations, attend to guest inquiries, and manage membership transactions. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business or Marketing, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day operations of Membership and Guest Services duties, including attending to general enquiries and guest feedback, and processing of membership related transactions.

  • Prepare daily shift opening/closing processes and documents.

  • Work closely with other front-of-house functions to ensure that location-based membership services operate effectively and efficiently.

  • Work with casino marketing teams to promote membership programs and benefits, floor promotions and campaigns, and members’ events.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.

Requirements
  • Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.

  • Diploma in Business or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills with relevant experience from the hospitality or service industry

  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
