About the Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a 4-Star Hotel. We are looking for a seasoned General Manager with strong business acumen, financial, and operations background to join the leadership team.
As a right-hand person to the CEO, you will be leading the Hotel's team, manages financial outcomes, overall performance, profitability, operations and reputation of the hotel.
Main duties & responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and IT. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service excellence, and compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
Own full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow.
Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Oversee guest satisfaction, service recovery, and reputation management.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
