  • Collaborate with Japan headquarters on new business initiatives, joint projects, and strategic partnerships with group companies and investment portfolio firms.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies as a team leader.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance support to junior sales members.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge or experience in ICT, AI, digital marketing, CDP, robotics, or related technology fields.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record as a hands‑on sales leader with ability to identify opportunities, develop new accounts, and close deals independently.
  • Ability to drive new product initiatives and channel development with minimal supervision.
