Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Personnel to expand our customer base and increase revenue through strong customer relationships and active sales activities. The role will involve client management, product promotion, and participation in food fairs, trade shows, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer needs, collect feedback, and answer enquiries.

  • Maintain customer records and note special requests.

  • Regularly keep in touch with customers to build long-term relationships.

  • Generate new leads and expand the customer base.

  • Collaborate with R&D to develop new products based on feedback.

  • Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable, collect payments and submit to accounts department.

  • Attend food fairs, trade shows, and promotional events to promote products.

  • Conduct market research and produce marketing/promotional materials.

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English for professional communication with customers.
    精通中英文,能够与客户进行专业沟通。
  • Skilled in presenting products, generating leads, and closing sales deals.
    擅长产品推介、客户开发与销售成交。
  • Familiar with product features and food industry trends, customer needs, and able to provide product advice (e.g., cooking methods, shelf life, allergens).
    熟悉产品特性与质量标准及食品行业趋势,了解客户需求,能为客户提供产品建议(如烹饪方法、保质期及过敏原提示)。
  • Capable of producing marketing materials, conducting customer/market research, and representing the company at fairs/events.

  • Able to manage orders, accounts, and schedules systematically.
    能系统地管理订单、账款及工作进度。
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
  • Singaporean or PR 新加坡公民或永久居民
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent 文凭或以上学历
  • Experience in food sales or related industry 有食品销售或相关行业经验
  • Proficient in Chinese and English 中英文流利
  • Preferably with a valid driving licence 拥有驾照者优先

  • 周一至周五Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm
