Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth for an integrated wellness and hospitality business in Singapore, focusing on corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and membership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for an integrated wellness and hospitality business.
  • Identify and secure corporate clients, group bookings, membership programs, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with corporates, travel agencies, event organisers, and relevant brands.
  • Lead negotiations and closing of corporate packages, membership offerings, and key commercial contracts.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure commercial feasibility and execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning.
  • Set revenue targets, monitor performance, and report to senior management.
  • Represent the company at business networking events and industry forums.
Requirements
