About the Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a 4-Star Hotel. We are looking for a seasoned General Manager with strong business acumen, financial, and operations background to join the leadership team.
- As a right-hand person to the CEO, you will be leading the Hotel's team, manages financial outcomes, overall performance, profitability, operations and reputation of the hotel.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and IT. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service excellence, and compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
- Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
- Own full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow.
- Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee guest satisfaction, service recovery, and reputation management.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
The Talent
- Over 12 years of hospitality experience, with prior GM or Hotel Manager experience at reputable hotels.
- Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial acumen.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
