Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and engaging Livestream Host to represent our brand during live online broadcasts. The host will interact with viewers in real time, showcase products or services, and drive audience engagement and sales. This role is ideal for Singaporeans who are comfortable on camera, articulate, and familiar with local online trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Shopee & Tiktok Live

• Engage with viewers through live chat, Q&A, polls, and promotions

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional on-screen presence while adapting naturally to audience interaction

• Promote brand campaigns, discounts, and key selling points

• Collaborate with the marketing or operations team to plan livestream content

• Present and demonstrate products clearly and persuasively

• Review & report livestream performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• SGPR/LTVP preferred

• Comfortable speaking on camera; fluent in English (Mandarin, Malay, or dialects such as Singlish are a plus, depending on target audience)

• Confident, outgoing, and able to think on your feet

• Familiar with social media and livestreaming culture in Singapore

• 1-2 years of sales, hosting, content creation, or customer service experience preferred

• Able to commit to flexible hours (including evenings or weekends if required)

• Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage

• Ability to build rapport with a local audience
