Job description
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in preparing the goods and delivery on time, on target.
- Upkeeping the important documents.
- Handling all customer complaints.
- Assist the logistics team to ensure the systems reflecting the real time stock movement.
- Handle purchasing of goods from China, including sourcing, quotations, and supplier communication.
- Evaluate and negotiate with China suppliers to ensure good pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery or supply issues.
