Job Scope

• Responsible for managing sales managers and personnel for Microbial Solutions business in APAC
• Develop and execute regional sales, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Provide annual forecasting and perform regular sales and territory reviews.
• Attain revenue targets and identify opportunities for growth with new and existing accounts.
• Manage, coach, and develop the assigned sales team, including personnel actions, performance reviews, and training.
• Participate in trade shows and ensure the effective utilization of regional specialists

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in life sciences, sales or related field required
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant industry experience, with at least 5 of those years having direct client interface. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
• Travel: Expected to travel around 50% of the time
