Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in preparing the goods and delivery on time, on target.
• Upkeeping the important documents.
• Handling all customer complaints.
• Assist the logistics team to ensure the systems reflecting the real time stock movement.
• Handle purchasing of goods from China, including sourcing, quotations, and supplier communication.
• Evaluate and negotiate with China suppliers to ensure good pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery or supply issues.
