Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an Architectural Drawing Manager to oversee drawing coordination and management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the Singapore Construction Industry, significant expertise in AutoCAD and BIM software, and the ability to lead a team. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, managing approvals for Shop drawings, and liaising with consultants. Competitive salary of $5,000 - $8,000 and variable bonuses are offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Singapore Construction Industry.
- Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM Software.
- Good understanding of Singapore Construction Industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead in checking and coordination of Shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
- Prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule.
