Job summary

A security services provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations, conduct risk assessments, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree from a reputable institution and experience in security management is preferred. Additionally, having a background as a Commissioned Officer from the Singapore Armed Forces or as a Senior Officer from the Singapore Police Force is advantageous. This role also involves training new personnel and ensuring adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a background as Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own vehicle with class 3 license is an advantage.
