A leading leisure and hospitality organization in Singapore is searching for a Regional Sales & Marketing Senior Manager/Manager to design and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at revenue growth across Asia, focusing on corporate MICE and travel agencies. The ideal candidate will leverage market intelligence, manage key industry relationships, and adapt strategies based on travel trends. This role requires significant experience in sales within hospitality, strong communication skills, and an ability to navigate complex environments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in sales within hospitality, tourism, or integrated resort.
• Experience in developing and implementing data-driven sales & marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement aggressive sales & marketing plans.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with travel agents.
• Identify and capture high-value opportunities in SEA markets.
• Analyze travel trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Provide market feedback to refine product offerings.
