Job summary
A premier insurance company in Singapore is seeking a Life & Health Claims Assessor to manage and approve shield claims while ensuring compliance with policies. The role demands strong English language skills and a familiarity with human anatomy. Candidates should have 2 years of relevant experience and professional qualifications such as OMA and FLMI. This position also involves direct customer interaction and project engagement, making effective communication and customer service skills essential.
Qualifications
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with human anatomy, general diseases, and disease management.
- 2 years of experience as a Life & Health claims assessor.
- OMA, FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute).
- Degree holder of biology & life sciences discipline.
Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and approve shield claims within service turnaround time.
- Attend to claims investigations, service recovery, and inquiries.
- Attend to medical clarification with hospitals and clinics.
- Involve in projects assigned by supervisor.
- Provide quality customer service including interacting with customers.
