Job summary

A food court management company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of food courts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in food court operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations, monitoring profitability, and maintaining high service standards. Required qualifications include a diploma in F&B or related fields and a Class 3 license. This is a 6-day workweek position with a non-rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Foodcourt operation.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Class 3 driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the food court.
• Monitor Profit and Loss and improve bottom line.
• Conduct regular checks on hygiene and service standards.
• Handle disciplinary issues and grievances among team members.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Area Manager.
