Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with human anatomy, general diseases, and disease management.
• 2 years of experience as a Life & Health claims assessor.
• OMA, FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute).
• Degree holder of biology & life sciences discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and approve shield claims within service turnaround time.
• Attend to claims investigations, service recovery, and inquiries.
• Attend to medical clarification with hospitals and clinics.
• Involve in projects assigned by supervisor.
• Provide quality customer service including interacting with customers.
