Job summary
A leading IT security firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Palo Alto security products. This role involves collaborating with sales and product teams, leading solution presentations, and providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in the IT security domain and a relevant educational background. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to research and recommend new technologies.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of technical experience in the IT security domain.
- Strong understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models and network protocols.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to support client needs.
- Prepare technical proposals and deliver Proof-of-Concept demonstrations.
- Lead solution presentations and facilitate technical workshops.
- Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies.
