Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local banks and payment institutions in South Korea, with a solid understanding of the country’s financial landscape and payment systems.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the operations and applications of local payment methods, including bank transfers and e-wallets, particularly in high-risk industries.
• Communicate and liaise effectively with local banks and payment partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Negotiate with payment service providers (PSPs) to secure competitive service fees and exchange rates.
• Maintain the stability, reliability, and diversity of payment gateway channels.
• Propose and implement incentive programs or promotional schemes to enhance performance.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Banking/ Finance or any related field.
• Working experience in local banks and payment institutions in South Korea
• Experience in handling inbound/outbound payments including fiat and crypto
• Sound knowledge of payment practices in market
• Interests in cryptocurrency products
