Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct research, compile data, and assist in the preparation of executive documents.
