A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for purchase administration. The role involves PO processing, expediting materials from suppliers, and assisting with project costing. Candidates should possess GCE ‘O’ level or Higher Nitec, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail. This position requires self-motivation and responsibility.
Formación
- GCE ‘O’ level or Higher Nitec is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Responsabilidades
- Responsible for purchase administration and PO processing.
- Expediting materials from suppliers and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Assist the purchaser on project/materials costing.
- Any other duties as assigned by the purchaser.
