Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an HR Executive Assistant in Singapore to support a range of HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resources or related fields, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Location: One-North

Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Scope:

You will help with planning activities, prepare reports, assist with various office administrative tasks. This role will also allow individual to participate in ad-hoc HR projects, helping to organize and coordinate activities and support other process improvements initiatives.

  • Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics purposes, as well as in the audit and analysis of division’s performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Organise HR GSS datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance with established standards.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall HR GSS’s performance achievements and incident rates.
  • Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings, project tracking and documentations and tracking of Division’s IT assets and stationaries where applicable.
  • Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
