A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support within a Pharma/Medical MNC environment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma, at least 2 years of experience, and possess excellent communication skills. Executive Assistant (Office Hours, 5 Days | Pharma / Medical MNC | Training Provided) #HJG

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.

Prepare written communications, reports, and presentations.

Draft correspondence, schedules, memos, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents from notes, dictation, and source materials.

Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting; distribute documents as required.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, training sessions, and appointments, as well as arrange travel logistics.

Receive and screen internal and external visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Handle incoming telephone calls: screen, direct, and provide information as appropriate.

Maintain filing systems: establish, update, verify, and retrieve documentation in accordance with company standards.

Create and manage specialized files and records to support departmental operations.

Track time and attendance, and assist in processing travel and other expense claims.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail: sort, prioritize, log, and distribute efficiently.

Maintain logs, mailing lists, and tracking systems; support special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:
