- Manage day-to-day operations of Salon.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and client flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the salon.
- Maintain product and supply inventory; handle ordering and stock control.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are working properly.
- Greet customers and ensure they receive outstanding service.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Recommend services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Recruit, train, and supervise beauticians, nail technicians and oversee beauticians.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Track daily sales and performance metrics
- Develop promotional offers and assist with marketing activities
- Upsell treatments, services, and retail products
- Work with management to achieve revenue targets
- Manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily financial reports
