Job description

Aquatic Store Supervisor

Salary: $3000 - $4500
Working Days: 6 Days (5 days off per month)
Working Hours: 10am – 8pm
Working Location: Havelock

Job Scope

• Oversee daily operations of the aquarium retail shop to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Supervise and guide retail staff, ensuring product knowledge, service standards, and performance are maintained.
• Handle opening and closing duties, cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain proper shop presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of livestock tanks, aquatic plants, and aquarium displays.
• Monitor livestock wellbeing, water quality, and stock conditions, coordinating care schedules where required.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment of livestock, plants, and products.
• Assist customers with aquarium setup advice, product recommendations, and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support sales promotions and overall store performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements
