We’re looking for an experienced Sports & Events Executive who can bring past skills in sports, events, facilitation, or client engagement to enhance our cycling and teambuilding programs.

About Us

Biking Singapore and Grace at Work are sister brands dedicated to bringing people together through sports, outdoor activities, and meaningful shared experiences. From cycling programs to corporate teambuilding workshops, we design and deliver active, engaging events that inspire teamwork, well‑being, and purpose.

Your Role

As an experienced member of the team, you will take a more proactive position in planning, leading, and executing programs across both brands. You will oversee event operations, facilitate activities, engage clients, and support the coordination of coaches and facilitators to ensure smooth, high‑quality program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Execution – Lead, plan, coordinate, and deliver cycling and teambuilding events
  • Sports Coaching & Training – Conduct or oversee cycling sessions (program‑specific training provided)
  • Client Engagement – Manage bookings, liaise with clients, and ensure outstanding event experiences
  • Coach & Facilitator Coordination – Support, brief, and schedule part‑time coaches and facilitators
  • Marketing Support – Contribute to social media content, campaigns, and event promotions
  • Logistics & Equipment – Maintain event gear, bikes, and operational setups
  • Reporting & Improvements – Gather feedback and contribute insights to improve programs
Who We’re Looking For
  • Brings relevant past experience in sports, fitness, events, outdoor education, facilitation, or training
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Comfortable in dynamic, activity‑based environments and interacting with diverse groups
  • Holds a Class 3 driving license (or working towards one)
  • Able to work at least one weekend per week
