• Provide full executive and administrative support to Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage scheduling, meetings, and communications while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate internal and external engagements, including board sessions and business events.
• Assist in preparing key documents, reports, and presentations for management discussions.
• Handle HR-related matters such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll checking.
• Oversee general office management, including supplies, vendor coordination, and record maintenance.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required.

• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 5 years of experience
