We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior UAV Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and operational readiness of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems that support our strategic and operational goals.

You will lead troubleshooting, system testing, and upgrades while ensuring that all UAV operations meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced UAV platforms and collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to drive innovation and system excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UAV inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing activities to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to plan maintenance schedules and implement upgrades.
  • Manage documentation including SOPs, maintenance manuals, and technical reports to support compliance and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Provide on‑site UAV technical support during events and exercises when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in UAV maintenance, repair, and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical background in electronics, mechanics, and system integration.
  • Relevant UAV certifications or qualifications are an advantage.
