Roles & Responsibilities: In building construction field

• Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities / subcontractors / workers at site and ensure work performed on-site complies with local authorities’ requirements.
• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Candidate with Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is an added advantage
• Work experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.
• Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Possess a Class 3 license.

*Salary is commensurate to working experience.
